  • 3 nights hotel accommodations at the Holiday Inn Resort in Lake Buena Vista
  • Breakfast buffet at hotel each morning (total of 4)
  • One Disney meal voucher for each park day (total of 3)
  • 3-day admission to Walt Disney World Parks
  • Luxury motorcoach transportation
  • Performance and backstage access as determined by Walt Disney World
  • All applicable taxes and gratuities for above inclusions

  • Items of a personal nature (i.e., souvenirs, snacks, Mickey Mouse ears, etc.
  • Meals enroute or not included in above package

Cancellation Policy:

All deposits fully refundable up to 90 days prior to travel
  • $50 per person cancellation penalty up to 45 days prior to travel
  • $75 per person cancellation penalty 45-30 days prior to travel
  • 100 per person cancellation penalty 30-21 days prior to travel
  • Inside 21 days - NO REFUNDS as all tickets, buses, rooms, etc. have been secured
**Students with excessive or serious disciplinary referrals or with a class average below 80 will not be allowed to travel with the band to Disney**
